This beautiful piece of software lets you run Windows on an Intel equipped Mac. You'll never have to buy a Windows machine ever again. I will hug the developers who wrote this software if I ever meet them.

run windows on your mac. and honestly, i've heard from my geek squad boys that windows running on parallels runs better than on it's native OS!

I love mac and all that it is but I may have to invest in Parallels because having to restart in Windows to use word and internet explorer is super annoying. And $80 isn't too hefty of a price tag.

Cool? Heck no. But it sure does the job. Parallels Desktop let's you run any OS (read: Windows) on your Intel mac (anything from the last 2 years). It's a sleek program that has tons of great features under the hood, but it works reliably.

It's really great for those Windows only apps you need to use, and it even works with some games!
