I am not a makeup expert and still haven't even mastered the concept of eyeliner and blush, but this is the easiest to use makeup I have ever encountered, hands down. It literally takes just seconds to buff on and be done with in the mornings. Having had problem skin my entire adolescent life really forced me to consider what products are made of and resign myself to endless trial and failure. Bare Escentuals bare minerals are all natural and don't clog pores, for serious. I not only use the foundation and bisque concealer, but have even branched out to their blush and eyeshadow. I am convinced the Mineral Veil has magical powers because I never imagined I'd hear the words, "your skin looks like porcelain," in my entire life.

OK, getting spooky how many things revolutionarygirl and I mutually like... I love this product for the way it makes my wife look. I have always liked her natural beauty and don't like it so much when she gets overly "done up" with lots of foundation, bright lipstick, etc. A friend referred my wife to bare essentials and the result is beautiful. Her skin looks even more natural (somehow) and her features are accentuated. She looks great wearing the makeup everyday or out for formal events.

Foundation always made me look overly made up but this stuff leaves evens outs my skin without looking makeup-y. You can pat some on with your fingertip to use it as concealer or brush it on for a lighter application. One container lasts a long time and never clogs my pores.

OK, who knew this stuff would be SO amazing? I have training as a make-up artist, and combination skin so this stuff has defied my expectations for foundation! It glides on like a dream (as long as you don't use too heavy a hand), and gives you a flawless, glowing complection, and lasts longer than anything I've used so far! Oh, and what they say is true - my skin has never looked better without make-up after using Bare Escentuals! I guarantee anyone who tries this will LOVE it. You'll be pinching yourself, but it's not a dream.

FINALLY, there's a foundation out there that matches my skin, regardless of how much sun I have inadvertently gotten, is easy to apply, AND doesn't make me look fake. Mixing two colors to get the perfect shade, or just using one, is so fast and easy that I've started wearing makeup again. It makes me look like myself, just cleaned up up a bit. I love it love it love it love it. I can wear just this, mascara, and lip gloss, and I'm ready for anything.

I've been using mineral make-up for many years, and was hesitant to switch over to a more 'main stream' brand, as I feared the quality would be diminished. Thanks to all the ThisNext reviews, I am happy I got the Bare Escentuals started kit. For $60, it was well worth it...if for only the brushes alone...but I do love the make up!! And, paired with my new Nars Orgasm blush, I feel like a whole new Beep.

I've been using BE for about a year now and I can't imagine using anything else. I am very fair skinned and have a tendency to be a little red and blotchy. BE works better than anything I've ever tried to even my skintone -- and it does it without feeling cakey or looking like you're wearing a mask.

I'm not a huge fan of make-up, but this product is so easy to use and makes my make-up routine simple and straightforward. It's great for my Asian skin and I even bought some for my mom (with mature skin) and she really likes it too. She says that the only downside for her is that she needs to reapply at least once during the day. I don't usually wear make-up in the daytime, so this hasn't been an issue for me.

Yes! BE rocks, literally. My skin glows like it did when I was pregnant (which is a good thing) when I wear this. It wears well and holds up to perspiration. My face never looked to so good. I will never wear liquid foundation again.

I also bought the starter kit after feeling fed up with everything else I'd tried. I have fair skin with a lot of pink in it, and BE may have helped with some of that pinkishness. It's really helped me streamline my morning routine, which I'm glad for. The only downside I have found is that it's a little heavy around the eye area and settles into fine lines. Otherwise, it's lightweight on the rest of my face, and really evens out my skin tone giving it a nice glow, without using much at all.

Who has not heard of Bare Escentuals? I'm a loyal fan to this brand. Mineral makeup is so natural and so nice and safe to sensitive, acne-prone skin. This gives me a nice natural glow and reduces shine. It has great buildable coverage and it works well when used as a concealer. They have a great set of colors for people with different undertones.

I absolutely LOVE BareMInerals! I used to have problems with acne but I started using the Rare Minerals night treatment and it has cleared up my skin!
