I also bought the starter kit after feeling fed up with everything else I'd tried. I have fair skin with a lot of pink in it, and BE may have helped with some of that pinkishness. It's really helped me streamline my morning routine, which I'm glad for. The only downside I have found is that it's a little heavy around the eye area and settles into fine lines. Otherwise, it's lightweight on the rest of my face, and really evens out my skin tone giving it a nice glow, without using much at all.

Yes! BE rocks, literally. My skin glows like it did when I was pregnant (which is a good thing) when I wear this. It wears well and holds up to perspiration. My face never looked to so good. I will never wear liquid foundation again.

I'm not a huge fan of make-up, but this product is so easy to use and makes my make-up routine simple and straightforward. It's great for my Asian skin and I even bought some for my mom (with mature skin) and she really likes it too. I've been using BE for about a year now and I can't imagine using anything else. I am very fair skinned and have a tendency to be a little red and blotchy. BE works better than anything I've ever tried to even my skintone -- and it does it without feeling cakey or looking like you're wearing a mask.

I've been using mineral make-up for many years, and was hesitant to switch over to a more 'main stream' brand, as I feared the quality would be diminished. Thanks to all the ThisNext reviews, I am happy I got the Bare Escentuals started kit. For $60, it was well worth it...if for only the brushes alone...but I do love the make up!!
