These four color-coded polypropylene chopping boards are designed to avoid cross-contamination of various food types: red/raw meat, white/cooked foods, blue/fish, green/vegetables. The boards are stored in an ABS plastic horizontal filing unit with a non-slip rubber bottom. Boards are dishwasher safe.

My Review: What a cool darn idea! I hate having to clean my chopping boards in between meats and vegetables. This way I know what board I used for each specific item.

Great invesment!!! I bought the set of 6 with the stand for about $120.00. Keep them in one place and don't worry about cross contamination, each color has it's special purpose. Very sturdy!
