This book is filled with colorful pictures and easy tips for making colorful and fun sushi.
The book does not only have rolled sushi. It also contains recipes for easy small side dishes for bento, soups, sushi canapes, kamaboko (fishake) decorative cutting, temari sushi (even in the shape of adorable kitties!), pressed sushi, sushi cup cakes, inari sushi, and more cute ideas.
The designs are very inspiring. It's a must have for any bento lovers.
