Area Bruno Bed

If you are in the market for a bed that makes the statement, “I am the bed” (enunciated in a deep, low and drawn out voice)…something that is show stopping yet practical…look no further than the creation by Anki Spets and Magnus Lundstrom: Bruno. At first glance, Bruno may appear to be simple and perhaps on the skinny side, but the reality is Bruno is just as heavy and stunning as his name suggests. He is U.S.A. born, bread, and raised, made of wholesome FSC certified sustainable solid hardwood and supported by aluminum die cast legs.

Bruno is actually a first for Area. Known for their luxury bedding, Anki Spets (founder of Area) decided it was time to create a bed that also reflected the true nature of their products: “Thoughtful, beautiful, practical.” Thoughtful? Without a doubt. Practical? Absolutely (he is really great for smaller spaces because he doesn’t have too dramatic a lip around the mattress). Beautiful? Yes, Bruno. You sure do look beautiful.
