I cannot tell you how many times I have used these things, headaches, skin flare-ups, hot days, allergic reactions, and bug bites. They don't seem to ever freeze are never too cold just right! I love that they are soft and conform the shape of my forehead when I have a monster migraine! That way, I can just lie there and enjoy cooling off when I need to....ahhh!
