Herb Duo Basket

This fresh rosemary and trailing mint basket would make a thoughtful gift for the novice gardener and cook alike. Both of these herbs are quick-growing (especially the mint) and a fairly easy to attend to. I have had mixed luck with rosemary. I think the trick is to remember that rosemary is an evergreen, and is very susceptable to overwatering. It also goes through a dormant period during the winter when it isn't agreeable to much fertilizing or watering. It's important to do research on any herb or plant you are growing for the first time.
