Pleated throughout body with a khaki colored belt at the waist. Small black flowers printed all over the cotton and silk dress. Silk lining underneath the skirt, with a pleated ruffle hem. We love the fun sleeves, and the Resort feel to this piece. (Belt pictured is different than the belt the dress comes with - khaki/tan banded belt with two rear silver button snaps)
