I am all about a consistent color palette on a face. So whatever craziness you attempt with the eyes (bring on the crazy eyeliner, smokey eyes, glitter mascara!), keep the cheeks and lips perfectly toned with a Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge for Lips and Cheeks. Choose a shade that works best with your skin and you'll have a great base for playing with many make-up looks.

This is basically a satin/semi-matte lipstick in a pot. It's wearable on both cheeks and lips. Chocolate Cherry is a very deep shade (like burgundy wine) and gives a nice brown/red flush to cheeks if used lightly but works slightly better as a lip stain on me. I give high Palacinka Points for the product overall. Wonderful texture and high long-lasting pigment. It's the first cheek & lip color product I've used that truly works on both the cheeks and lips - doesn't slide, cake, or feather...and doesn't dry to the usual powdery texture. (via palacinka)

Definitely one of my new favorites. A plum brownish color, which is really flattering on my darker, orange/yellow under toned complexion. Lips and cheeks + velvet plum= gorgeous! The product works just as well on the lips as it does the cheeks - it does not make the skin oily at all, it just gives a really nice sheer dose of color which is also buildable for a more dramatic look. I will definitely continue to use and want to try a few of the other colors as well. These are also perfect for travel and the office since it's a two-in-one product! (via palacinka)
