I don't love this movie, and I'm not really wild about Nine Inch Nails, but there's no denying that Trent Reznor put together a really groundbreaking soundtrack (the crazy diversity of musical genres/artists, the use of the film's dialogue between songs - or sometimes right in the middle of a track). Oh, and then there's the proto-mash-up of Jane's Addiction's "Ted, Just Admit" and Diamanda Galas's rendition of Screamin' Jay Hawkins's "I Put a Spell on You" (on track 13, "Sex Is Violent") - totally mindblowing.
