  This is Lauryn Hill's first and last official solo CD release. It's nothing less than a classic, a true gem from beginning to end. The CD showcases both Hill's near flawless rhyming abilities and her distinctive singing voice. An amazing album.

  Don't kid yourself, this is one of my favorite albums of the late 90s. Somehow, you could have never saw it at the time, but the Fugees breaking up ended up being great. After all, we got this, the first solo album of Lauryn Hill.

  One of my favorite albums to listen to when I travel. Especially on am track to up state New York. I hear she had displeasure with fame and the music industry but we know we can't stop a genius, even if she or we try.
