I love Lara Bars in general. The consistancy is much like a chewy brownie with chunks of nuts. I'm concerned about carb counts and the mid-20's is good for me for a meal replacement, especially when the carbs are from nuts and fruits, not from processed sugars and corn syrup. Lemon Bar is my favorite flavor of LaraBar. It is very tart, but still sweet enough to be tasty.
