I upgraded from the original Sidekick to the Sidekick ii and now to the Sidekick 3. The SK3 is better. The keyboard is better. IM has been improved with the addition of MSN and organizing the IMs into a single area. The browser appears a little faster. Did I mention that the best keyboard on the market got better.

The screen is still not hot (i.e. not clickable). Software is still limited but I tried a device with Windows Mobile 5 which has every app possible and it did nothing well.
