I want one!
This looks like the next breakthrough in home gyms. Unlike other BowFlex machines, this one doesn't use the Power Rods. It uses interlocking resistance plates. I'm not even going to pretend to understand how it works, there is a reason I don't design exercise equipment. But, there are bands in the plates that tighten around a pivot when in use.
You get over 100 exercises and it comes standard with 220 pounds of resistance for the upper body, which you can upgrade to 300 pounds. And the lower body resistance can be upgraded to 600 pounds.
For me, the coolest thing is that it comes with a built-in rowing machine for a cardio workout.
