I still remember the first time I had filled pancakes. We were up at a little bed and breakfast off the shore of Lake Superior. Those filled pancakes where perhaps some of the best pancakes I've ever had. This pan will help me duplicate them. Stuffed with a bit of strong jelly (maybe huckleberry or chockcherry now that I live in Montana) I can taste the pancakes already.

I don't know about you but I love almost all things Danish, and the food is no exception. Bringing together jam and pancakes is pure delight. This pan makes it a little easier for you to combine the two.

I was searching for something else and this pan caught my eye, and I absolutely needed to buy it. It offers a really nice variation to the everyday pancakes, and I love that it cooks the pancakes super fast. A must have for pancake lovers.
