Except for the plug that goes into the power outlet, I think these speakers are wireless which means that you can put them just about anywhere. I also like their space-age look.

Update: These are now 50% off at The Sharper Image. $149.95 is not a bad price at all--I paid about the same for my iPod Hi-Fi on clearance, with an employee discount!
