I reread this book every Thanksgiving. It tells the story of the Pilgrims and the trials they faced venturing to the new world for religious freedom. The first Thanksgiving is described and many of the traditions that we take for granted. This book also offers suggestions for families to discuss and worksheets for lists of blessings.
