  Many Major League ball players have been taking their level of fitness a bit more seriously this season, changing their diets and adding cardio to their routines. Whether it has anything to do with all of the controversy surrounding the use of steroids or not, this is definitely a positive trend. And rookie pitcher Sergio Romo will need to keep himself in top condition, as he will be sharing the San Francisco Giants bullpen with Randy (Big Unit) Johnson.
