I sweat a ton when I do ashtanga, especially when the room is crowded and gets really hot. I love my yogi toes towel because it is thin, light, super-absorbent, and keeps me from sliding off my mat. The little nobbins on it are both cool looking and grippy- lends a nice space-age touch to an old practice. One word of criticism: like many synthetic fibers, the yoigi toes mats can quickly start to smell funky and should be washed after every practice.

YOGA!!!!!!!!!

That's all I can say...Absorbant...compact...colorful...

Beautiful Yoga towels that are easy to pack in your bag for hot yoga...or maybe even regular yoga if you are a sweater! A little on the pricey side...but they make a good gift...especially for those running on the west coast, health crazed, free spirit, happy flow, free love freeway!

Which Yogi doesn't want to practice with some happy colors to bring you to peace..
Yogitoes comes in many different collections..pick the one that suits your personality

I spent a year or so abashedly using a striped beach towel and it was far from perfect. This mat is awesome: soft, grippy, thin and colorful.

I now proudly tote my Yoga Toes mat to class.

I got into yoga a few years ago after my running partner explained to benefits of it. Yoga helps to build and maintain flexibility which in turn helps to lower injuries. I use 5 mats per week for different days of the week. Yes I know, I am crazy.
