InModern wins a gold star in my book. They have mastered the art of three very difficult things: 1.) They create pieces that can be put together and taken apart without tools or hardware. Missing a screw? Yes, you should be. All of their pieces are like easy puzzles pieces in furniture format. Unbelievable. 2.) They are about as environmentally conscious as you can get. I can count a good handful of ways that make their pieces sustainable: FSC/Rainforest Alliance Certified SmartWood, 100% formaldehyde-free, 100% non-toxic, water-based stains, UV cured finish to minimize greenhouse gases, and all pieces are shipped flat to conserve packaging and reduce waste. 3.) There's something very mod/minimalist/sheik about this and yet still warm and inviting. I love the idea of the desk as well.
