I have to confess, all the new Lotta Jansdotter bags, baby items, table linens, and calendars got me in a bit of tizzy last night. We discussed her pieces in our office yesterday and after our discussion I couldn’t stop thinking about them. On my walk home I kept trying to rationalize why I need to get a Tang wool tote and a Redig linen messenger bag and a Chick wool zipper bag and a Redig Square Cross apron and a 2008 fabric calendar. Then I thought of my sister’s soon to be new baby who will need new clothes and toys, especially a Herringbone Owl. Then I thought of all the other people who I know would LOVE one of her items for the holidays. When I got home I went straight for the computer ready to make a big purchase, but then I told myself, “Ali, you need to calm down, take a deep breath, and sleep on it before you spend all your money.” Amazingly, that is what I did. Watch out though, today could be a heavy spending day! (via Design Public)

I think I might send these to my friend who is in the process of delivering (poor girl!). They will be wonderful for little ones. They are soft and perfect for little hands to grab. And if you don't like them as toys, they would make a great mobile too!
