Cavity prevention is very important when you have braces. I rinse with ACT fluoride rinse every night after brushing and flossing my teeth. My dentist tells me that my teeth are in great shape. I have peace of mind knowing that I'm doing everything to keep my teeth healthy while these braces are still on them. ACT comes in a variety of flavors. There is even bubblegum flavor for kids! The mint flavors are very refreshing and there is no bitter aftertaste.
