I recently planned my Best Friends Bachelorette party in Las Vegas. Sept 17-19. I had everything already figured out for the weekend, everything from dinner, transporation, clubs, absolutely everything, but since it was my best friend's bacho party I wanted to give myself a break and really enjoy the weekend with the 18 girls that had committed in being there. So I started my research online. BIG mistake!! When I did my research, I contacted numerous places, but these guys from Platinum Passports were very persistent. A guy name Michael called me and emailed me religiously telling me they could work with my budget. They claimed they could work with all sorts of budgets (of course nothing lower than $25.00/person). After numerous emails and several phone converstaions, we finally struck a deal. I should've known it was too good to be true, and stupid me fell for it. The minute I agreed to everything (which BTW...that Michael guy every other word out of his mouth is deposit, deposit, deposit). They insisted on a deposit for 10 girls ($25.00/girl). BTW…$25.00 was not my final price, it kept increasing the more we exchanged emails. But, I said to myself, you know what, it’s my BFF’s bachelorette party I don’t mind putting money out of own pocket for this to happen and plus if I don’t want to worry about a thing and just have fun, why not?!?. Bad mistake. The minute I made my deposit all the calls stopped. All of a sudden I was calling them and emailing them (I still have all the emails) asking them to call me back. But, they didn’t, no wait a minute, they did, they only called me twice after that, and then they started text messaging me. You can be sure that at this point I started worrying and regretting making that deposit. I should have worried and A LOT. The night of the event came. Some guy calls me and tells me, I don’t know who I’m supposed to talk to, but I’m your host of the night, blah, blah, blah. We made arrangements to meet in the lobby of our hotel so I could pay the rest of my ‘super-du-duper package’ that they had put together for me. He also said I needed to pay the gratuity up-front which I thought was kind of odd, but I figured you know maybe they’ve had bad experiences with people not tipping them because they get too drunk at the end of night, so who cares I’ll pay for it up front. WRONG DECISION. When I asked for a copy of the contract the guy said I only have one copy to take back to the office. Of course he did. He hands me a piece of paper and asks me to put the names, phone #’s and emails of the girls in the party so they could contact them for future services. I told him, I would give you this at the end of the night. He said just make sure I get it. The party bus got there, all the girls were really happy and excited. I was too. I was told that the party bus would be stocked with Grey Goose and Patron. The host pulls out a bottle (from a cooler that he was hand carrying btw) it was the cheapest vodka he found at the liquor store (not to mention the smallest size) for 18 girls. CLEVER! That bottle was gone within minutes. 18 girls are you kidding me…think!! When I approached the host his response was, that is all they gave me, but I will have more when we pick you up from the Hard Rock. I said: OK. So, they started serving us cranberry juice…at this point I was sooo embarrassed with all the girls. Anyway, they took us to the hard rock and we had dinner. No complain there. One thing, they should tell you that dinner will be on the couches and not a dinner table. They bring out plates of food, while you sit at the couches over by the bar at Rare 120. GREAT food, but they should disclose that information. Anyway, I told myself…I did get a good deal…I shouldn’t complain, so the night continued. After dinner, the host was already waiting for us outside to walk us over to Vanity. Everything at Vanity was fine no complaining there. When it was time for them to pick us up, I called the host (just like I was instructed) and he sends me a text which I still have, telling me that I was going to be charge $5.00/girl for this pick up and I said WHAT? So I called MARC the guy who started emailing me after MICHAEL got my deposit (oh yeah..MARC also told me he was going to be my host for the weekend). He said Oh don’t worry I’ll call him up right now, I’ll take care of that. I reminded him to please have more vodka and tequila in the party bus like we had agreed and his response was, your budget was too small for that. My response was, I wish you would’ve told me that when we were negotiating. He goes on and lets me know that there was a change of plans. We were no longer going to XS like we had agreed on, now he was taking us Tryst. I guess Marc felt that there wasn’t a need to ask me if I was OK with that. I asked him, why aren’t you taking us to XS? His response, it’s too crowded and they are not letting anybody in. I said, that is not my problem, as a business person you should’ve made the proper arrangements so this wouldn’t happen. I also went on and reminded him about the alcohol in the party bus and he said you can talk to Michael he is the owner of this company but he is out of town. Of course he was! Marc agreed with me that they should’ve made arrangement at XS but there was nothing he could do at the moment, but he wanted me to know that Michael would for sure take the time to listen to my complaints when he was back in town. He then told me, let me call you back. That was the last time I heard from him. From that point on everything was via text message. He had the host called me and of course being at the club surrounded by all my girls, I couldn’t hear a thing so I told the host to call me back and I hung up on him. Well apparently, the host got his feelings hurt. Marc sends me the following text: (I have all these texts saved BTW) Why did you hang up on your Host??????? You should’ve never done that!!! At this point, I was like is he kidding me?? He went on to saying that now I had to call the host and deal with him myself. Again, is he kidding me??? Did they think they were doing me any favors??? And why was that guy Marc telling me that I should’ve never hung up on the host??? Was the host doing me any favors, seriously??? It was unreal!! Neither the host or that guy Marc ever answer my calls anymore. We waited outside the Hard Rock for the party bus until 2:33am and it never came. I was soooo sad and disappointed. I sent them texts telling them to pick up their phones and nobody ever replied. We ended up grabbing cabs and going back to our hotel. So much for Saturday being the fun night of our weekend. It was the biggest disappointment ever. I am still sick to my stomach thinking about this experience. At this point, I will never get my money back and my best friend won’t ever have the bachelorette party that I had promised her. I advice every girl or guy out there that is considering PLATINUM PASSPORT SERVICES NOT TO USE THEM for ANY VEGAS EVENT. The worst experience ever. I should’ve just done everything on my own…..like I always do. Marc and Michael: I hope you do read this and I can’t wait for you to answer and try to make me look like I did something wrong. I hope your business gets what it deserves and that is ZERO CLIENTS. It’s guys like you that ruin it for everybody else. Thanks a lot.

this is the WORST company to deal with, a huge rip off! DO NOT waste your time, it is a scam, they will ask you for a deposit, pick you up from one location and never pick you up from your second location and if you don't have multiple locations they will not have the alcohol you requested and all around con artists. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau in hopes that no other people get ripped off!!!

I am bachelorette mentioned in the original blog posted by my best friend. I am seriously disappointed with this company and hope no other girls get ripped off by them. My friend seriously thought she was dealing with professionals, but she was wrong. I was hoping to party like crazy with my bff that night, but instead had to witness her frustration and stress in dealing with this company all night!! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

So you know those companies that rip you off, promise you one thing and before you know it your entire "planned" night has gone down the drain...you call them and they do nothing to fix it well "Plantinum Passports Inc." is one of them....people beware of scam artist like these. Don't do it ....whatever they say they'll do, they'll just leave you hanging where ever they dropped you off asking for more $$, and since you refuse to pay them anymore, they"ll take what they ($$$$) have and run. Talking from experience, Platinum Passports Inc. never AGAIN!! But got to hand it to you, your company has been successful BUT!! at Jipping people......what goes around comes around!!!!
