My favorite foreign film. Filled with fantasy and great acting.

Haunting story that is much more than a typical fairy tale. This is definitely not a kids movie, but is one I highly recommend for anyone who wishes to escape to another world filled with mystical creatures. Del Toro wins again at captivating the audience and transporting us to another place and time.

This is a highly imaginative, disturbing and beautiful fantasy film set against the backdrop of war.

you'll get over the sub titles really quickly once you start watching this work of art that in movie form.
