If you liked the graphic novel, then you will love the film. A coming of age autobiographical story of a young woman growing up in Iran. The animation is phenomonal.

This is one of the most visually beautiful films I've seen. I read the book so I knew most of the content (the book is, of course, better) but the animation of the movie was just gorgeous.

This is one of the best movies I've seen this year. The story, based on the life of Marjane Satrapi during the Iran-Iraq war is poignant and beautifully conveyed through stellar animation.
