Visiting my Paris travel writer friend earlier this year, she took me to a lovely little boutique that had heaps of multi-coloured Bensimon plimsoles. They reminded me so much of 80's chic a la Bananarama, and I found a great lace up pair in sand coloured suede for about 24 euro's.
I bought some navy ones for my little boy too. Very french, very cool, even if the white ones are a bit ' Nurse Pratchett ', they are a pleasant diversion from Converse. Last spotted on sale in UK in Mistress ( sister shop of Office ). (via Bensimon)

I love these shoes, they are so fabulous!! I recommend this for everyone women, and children you would be nuts not to have them. They are typical chic shoes to pair up with a great day dress or casual with jeans and a tee. I am in Chicago too.. where can i buy? (via teen vogue)

Description
Wear with a dress instead of flip flops. Way more acceptable at the work place and still comfortable!!! I prefer the lacet and sometimes take the laces out completely. Mine look better after a few washings since I'm into "vintage". Sooooo happy Bensimon is in the U.S. now. Does anyone know where to buy them in Chicago?? (via the bensimon girls)
