This book was recommended to me about five years ago and I've used it for my transition to my last two jobs. I found it to be a practical yet invaluable resource. None of the concepts are earth shattering but the framework is sound and it works. I firmly believe the track record you establish in your first 90 days is telling for your tenure with an organization. Getting started on the right path is essential to your personal success. I own and recommend this book.
