After passing out from dehydration, my docs said to give up coffee, Diet Coke, and wine. I decided I couldn't survive without some energy boosts throughout the day, but was able to swap my lunch and mid-afternoon Diet Coke fix for this, and it works better! (via gordon)

I take this every morning in the winter and look with pity on all those coughers and sneezers who haven't seen the light.....the light of emergen-C!

Drink one of these before and after a long airplane ride and you will do a lot to prevent catching a cold (I read somewhere that approximately 15% of travellers report getting sick after each plane ride of longer than 3 hours. Yuck!!!). Must-have for the pro-active healthy biz (and pleasure) traveller. Gives you energy too.

They are also great at warding off colds if you have toddlers. Little kids play in the dirt and have runny nose ALL THE TIME and they are very effective germ vecots for parents. When I feel like I might get sick from some bug going around the playground, I drink one of these and am good as gold. (via Jess)

I like to drink. I work 8:30-5pm. Sometimes these things conflict & I feel like crap. My solution - EmergenC. Mix it in my first mug of water at work, feel like my normal self in 15 minutes. Perfect!

I probably drink six a day, just to keep hydrated and to keep my electrolytes going.

I haven’t been sick in forever.
