Drink one of these before and after a long airplane ride and you will do a lot to prevent catching a cold (I read somewhere that approximately 15% of travellers report getting sick after each plane ride of longer than 3 hours. Yuck!!!). Must-have for the pro-active healthy biz (and pleasure) traveller. Gives you energy too.
They are also great at warding off colds if you have toddlers. Little kids play in the dirt and have runny nose ALL THE TIME and they are very effective germ vecots for parents. When I feel like I might get sick from some bug going around the playground, I drink one of these and am good as gold. (via Jess)

The first day of school is just around the corner. This means that your children will be exposed to colds and germs from their schoolmates. As a teacher, I have found that boosting my immune system keeps me from getting the colds. Emergen-C has been a great help in my fight against germs!

College students and people on the go don't always get their proper intake of vitamins due to certain extra-curricular activities that leech them all out of their body. Emergen-C was a staple in my college life. Aren't you proud, Mom?

These different flavored powder packets of 1,000 mg Vitamin C and Mineral complexes for some reason are a major weapon in battling illness and infection. Drink Emergen-C and you will get sick much, much less often. With Emergen-C, I've killed a cold in half a day.

While I prefer Airborne, Emergen-C offers a wide variety of flavors as compared to Airborne. Plus, it's a different sounding fizz to brighten your day while you protect yourself from all of the evil germs attacking your bod.

Everytime I start to get sick, I take this and feel better. Plus it doesn't taste vile, like zinc or Alka Seltzer.
