  I love my stability ball! It's the best piece of equipment that I have at home! Use this ball for abs, to support you while you do squats(one of my favorite exercises!), pushups and more! This is a great peice to have at home b/c you can use it while watching your favorite shows! So get off the couch and get on your Stability ball!

  These balance balls are a great way to work out that core! I used to use them at work and people thought I was crazy, but little do they know it helped me out during my training. It promotes good posture and balance. I now use it at home whenever I'm on my desk, and when I need to do some stretches, or random core exercises, it's there at my convenience.

  A must have in any gym, and easy to keep in your home. I like the medium sized ones - big enough to do ab work on but not ridiculous to keep around in your house. Versatile and affordable.

  I have always worked out with exercise balls. I use them at the gym, and at home. They make doing abs so much easier and effective. They are really great if you have back trouble because they totally support you while doing abs. There are so many other exercises you can do with them. There are even videos to help you get creative with them.
