This show stopper is not for the weak. Wear this baby to a cocktail gala or the races and your sure to get stopped. It is made with a twisted felt base with an gorgeous bouquet of exotic feathers. It attaches with a hat elastic. This could also be done with a straw base and even add veiling for an extra $25. Fabulous!
