  You can never have too many mixing bowls, unless of course you don't have enough storage space for them. But when making anything I hate it when I have to use the same bowl over and over again for my liquids and solids. With all these bowls, that's never a problem.

  as a baker and a soapmaker these are the most used bowls in my house I own a set for each. They work great as a double boiler on your 2qt sauce pan. I love the fact that they are clear so you can see that everything is mixed well.
