Royal blue has never been a wearable colour on me -- it doesn't work with my alabaster complexion, green eyes, and fair-hair -- but I LOVE this mini tunic dress by Issa.
Coloured cobalt and white, this flowing chiffon dress features a butterfly and heart print. I love the partly zipped deep V-neck and the sash waist. It would make a serious statement sheath for a party, or a darling cover-up for this summer.
