Lauren's ponytail was curled in 3 large sections using the inch and half barrel T3 curling iron. Using the Redken Glass, rub the product in your hands and then through the ponytail to separate the curl and add shine.

Only the highest quality imported tourmaline gems are used to make the vital parts of T3's tourmaline dryers irons combs and brushes. Through a specially patented process tourmaline is crushed into a fine powder and mixed or baked deeply into the body of the heaters, plates, coils, motors barrels, and bristles as they are being formed. Unlike other products which simply make do with a spray coat of ceramic, T3 tourmaline achieves deeper longer lasting results due to its higher quality tourmaline infused ceramic components. I have been longing for those long fabulous curls like Beyonce and Tyra have been doing lately, so I was very excited to try this curling iron. After I got my T3 Twirl (1.5 in version), I am now in HEAVEN!! This curling iron gave my hair big bouncy curls and didn't leave my hair feeling fried! And the curls last for more than a day! I even tried sleeping with my hair curly and woke up the next day with a head of waves/curls. I also had great results with using the iron on the add-on hair that I used to create more length and fullness!

This is a definite investment item for the hair, with great quality and well worth it for the results that I got consistently. (via palacinka.com)

So I FINALLY got the iron (last Christmas) and I would love it even more if I could really get the hang of it. When it works... it works! And other times it just doesn't quite look all that great. I still haven't given up hope yet. But I'd love if someone could put up a tutorial on YouTube or something. The only vice I have about it is that my hair constantly slips through.
