This is good for monitoring the intensity level of your workouts. I f you work out consistently, the same workout should become easier over time. Your heart rate will become lower if you consistently train using the same routine. When this happens, thats when you need to turn your workouts UP!

You are going to like this watch.. I am only 5f short and it looks not huge.I like it.. but I am not super petite skinny... ! And I like the strap that comes with.. I barely notice sometimes I forget and it transfers your burned calories to the polar site so you can check your progress. It's great! It's my first heart monitor and I love it!
