When you can't keep ANYTHING down, this stuff will do the trick. It's important to be able to at least get some fluids in when you are ill, so that your body doesn't become dangerously dehydrated. I will tell you from experience that this syrup will stop "the heaves". I mean, if it needs to come out, it will, but this will stop dry heaves and calm nausea. It is also alcohol-free, antihistamines-free, salicylates-free, and caffeine-free. (via target.com)
