I recently acquired this book and was just overwhelmed by the amount of talent that is the photography field today. I highly recommend this book if you are looking to weed out the crap and really see some great contemporary photographers who are using the medium correctly.

I also love the lay out of the book and how it is divided into catergories like landscape, narrative, and fashion...it really helps to catergorize some of these artists.

I had the great fortune of seeing this book in person recently at the local bookstore on Bedford. It was wonderful and displayed many great contemporary photographers that are extremely important in art today.
