The Stick is a nifty gadget used to treat muscle pain and trigger points. It's space-age plastic allows the necessary flexibility of the tool, while providing maximum compression of the muscles. Of all the plastics, "space-age" is my favorite.

It may not look like much, but there are actually many benefits & uses for this gizmo.

Some of which are: help improve flexibility, performance, ease muscles soreness & pain, and prevent strain caused by repetitive motion. (Like typing up product recommendations.)

It comes in 3 sizes, and unlike Starbucks, the sizes make sense.
