Too much jewelry is "sweet" or "pretty." I guess this could be both, but it's primarily just awesome-- and much more unique than your standard heart-shaped locket.

Simple and apparently "sweet". This is better than those heart necklaces because it's anatomically correct. Give a real heart away, not one of those idealized heart shaped ones.
