In the past I've spent 5-50 dollars each on umbrellas either because of the design or price. This time I've found fun umbrellas from Old Navy that are both gorgeous and budget-wise. For 10 bucks you can keep yourself dry without compromising style, and these are so compact that you can store or take these anywhere
