Chef Jamie trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (NY) and was then awarded a scholarship to the affiliated Greystone Pastry School (CA). After working with acclaimed Chef Thomas Keller (owner of the world famous "French Laundry") and other high end bakeries, Jamie created a gourmet line of signature cookies through her Los Angeles based company, PLATINE COOKIES. The name PLATINE is French for platinum, one of the world's most precious elements; thus a reflection on these high-end gourmet delights.

We've personally received and enjoyed PLATINE gourmet cookies and have also sent the platinum cookie collection tins as corporate gifts - always to rave reviews. All are made with only top quality ingredients and are scumptious. The brownies are heavenly but our favorites are the divine rugelach and the chewy chocolate chip ginger snaps - oh, so good!
