This was one of the first things I discovered to help my heart. I learned that sickness cannot thrive in oxygen rich blood. And, that oxygen applied to the dying parts of my heart can help revive it. It worked! This made a huge difference. I don't agree with their 60-100 drops per day unless you are battling something like cancer or tumors or something that needs drastic measures. I took 20-30 per day for 90 days. Now I do that regimen 2-3 times per year.
