In the fall of 2008 a single work of art reignites the ongoing dialogue on the issue of fair use and the arts. In this case it is the image of Luke Skywalker (Star Wars/Mark Hamill) placed within a graphic the context Shepard Fairey's famous Obama Hope 2008 U.S. Presidential campaign poster.
