My boyfriend owns lots of Crumpler bags (including the one pictured). They are stylish, sturdy, and functional. I use his backpack to lug my MacBook Pro around, and every time I use it people stop me to ask where I got it. (It's an old one from the time before they were sold in the US.)

Originally makers of camera bags, Crumpler makes stylish bags with compartments that are truly useful. Imagine having an organized bag! It's possible with these.

The down side to Crumpler? Once you buy a backpack or messenger bag from them, you'll never need to shop for another one. They're that good.

Crumplers are actually created in Australia, but are now also available within the USA. Outside, they are made from water-resistant nylon in an array of unique designs. Inside, they can store laptops, camera equipment, your lunch, or just some notebooks depending upon the size you choose. They also offer a special shell (known as the "School Hymn") which can be used as a mini-workstation when open on a desk. If you are a vagabond, a Crumpler would be my recommendation.

This bag was on my list so long, the link doesn't lead to it anymore. But the website's cool anyway, and they've got other interesting things I'd like to get materialistic with.

Just got my Crumpler Part and Parcel laptop bag in a few days ago, incredible build quality! There's a padded section for my laptop, and I love how it doesn't look like a normal laptop bag. Lots of space to store things, and plenty of compartments. (via HireThisGuy)
