Amazing, whimsical art for the table. Each tier of this dessert stand features a lace pattern that has been cast in the earthenware.

Blaue Blume was first conceived by wanting to solidify the texture of lace onto ceramics to make ceramics have a softer, more textural feel.

The process has been experimented on for about a year before finally being put into produced. There is an unexpected result when casting lace since some cast well and others don’t. Also we only cast rare one off pieces of vintage lace.
