Did I ever tell you that orange is my favorite color? Ruffles are pretty fabulous too. And therefore you can see why this dress tops my list for great party dresses. I absolutely love it's casual chic. You could wear this out with friends to the big New Year's Eve bash in town, or to a friend's house for a low-key night of dinner & drinks. Super CUTE!
