Sweet! My book has all sorts of smudges and stains thanks to my - well, for one inability to memorize recipes and two because I just use it so often! The green tea cupcakes are my fave and the vanilla with 'cream cheese' frosting is always a hit with my omnivore friends! Thank gawd they don't sell these cupcakes in stores - otherwise I'd have the biggest vegan butt ever!
