Great recipe book for vegan cupcakes or cakes.... you can fool around with some of the recipes to add or delete your own preferences!

Only a baking expert would be able to tell these cupcakes are not vegan. I even made some chocolate ones with vegan vanilla frosting for my local firefighters and they couldn't taste the difference! These cupcakes also don't leave you feeling full or like you have to brush your teeth.

I absolutely love this cookbook! I am vegetarian but have some vegan friends and I love making these for an afternoon coffee and cupcakes with the girls. I also enjoy making these with my 6 year old niece :)
