Vosges Haut-Chocolat is what made me switch from the milk variety to far superior to dark chocolate. This stuff is so melt-in-your-mouth, it puts every other chocolate bar in the world to shame. And it's got ginger and wasabi and black sesame seeds, all of which are totally good for you.

A very interesting chocolate containing wasabi and ginger. The odd flavors work very well together. I recently found them being sold at my local Whole Foods.
